What this is

A 12-week development sprint. You set your baseline once — strengths, the area you want to develop, the real blocker, and what success looks like at week 12. After that it's a two-minute weekly pulse: what moved, what's stuck, how the week landed.

Every check-in returns a tailored AI suggestion grounded in your own answers and the trajectory across recent weeks — not generic advice.

How to get the most from it

  • Be specific. "Got better at delegation" gets generic advice. "Handed the stock report to Sarah on Tuesday and reviewed Friday" gets sharper guidance.
  • Name the real blocker, not the polite one. The tool's only as honest as the inputs.
  • One week at a time. Don't try to plan all 12 weeks in the assessment — the assessment is the destination, not the route.
  • Show up weekly, even imperfectly. Patterns matter more than perfection. The AI notices effort.
  • Use the mic button if it's easier to talk than type. Speaking often surfaces honest detail that typing edits out. For fastest dictation, use your computer's built-in voice typing — Mac: press the dictation key or Fn Fn; Windows: Win + H. It's much quicker than the in-page mic.
