How to get the most from it
Be specific. "Got better at delegation" gets generic advice. "Handed the stock report to Sarah on Tuesday and reviewed Friday" gets sharper guidance.
Name the real blocker, not the polite one. The tool's only as honest as the inputs.
One week at a time. Don't try to plan all 12 weeks in the assessment — the assessment is the destination, not the route.
Show up weekly, even imperfectly. Patterns matter more than perfection. The AI notices effort.
Use the mic button if it's easier to talk than type. Speaking often surfaces honest detail that typing edits out. For fastest dictation, use your computer's built-in voice typing — Mac: press the dictation key or Fn Fn; Windows: Win + H. It's much quicker than the in-page mic.
